  • Can I book an appointment online?

Yes! You can click the button “Free Discovery Session” for your first day evaluation with Dr. Polen.

  • Do you accept walk ins?

At Superior Chiropractic & Rehab we cannot accommodate walk-ins due to the one-on-one nature of our clinic. However, there is good news! We can usually have appointments available the same day or within 24 hours. Click the button “Free Discovery Session” to see availability.

  • What can I expect from my visit?

Every one of our clients is a unique individual with their own story. We address the whole body, not just the part that hurts or bothers you. We aim to understand exactly what is going on with the body, the root cause if you will. Most times the pain is not the cause of the underlying issue. Pain is the body’s request for change and to be “fixed”. You will be prescribed a treatment plan that will benefit your individual needs and goals and will help you return to your active life as soon as possible.

  • Will I be treated on the first visit?

Yes! Our doctors will perform a in-depth consultation and exam to find the root cause of your pain and ensure treatment is appropriate for your case. During the exam, our doctors will present their findings. Afterwards, they will discuss the pros / cons of treatment and provide financial options so our clients can make an informed decision. Following the report of findings, if the client moves forward,  treatment will begin immediately.

  • What conditions do chiropractors treat?

Doctors of Chiropractic (DCs) care for patients of all ages, with a variety of health conditions. They are especially well known for their expertise in caring for patients with back pain, neck pain and headaches using their highly skilled manipulations or chiropractic adjustments. DCs also care for patients with a wide range of injuries and disorders of the musculoskeletal system, which includes the muscles, ligaments and joints. These painful conditions may involve or impact the nervous system, which can cause referred pain and dysfunction distant to the region of injury. In addition, chiropractors offer advice to patients on diet, nutrition, exercise, healthy habits, and occupational and lifestyle modification.

  • What should I wear?

For treatment it is important for the doctor to have access to visibly examine, palpate and treat your body, muscles, tissues, and joints. You should bring with you a pair of loose comfortable shorts or pants and female patients should bring a sleeveless shirt or tank top.

  • How much does treatment cost?

Since it is hard to tell how many visits you may need without seeing you. After your doctors prescribes your plan of care, they will then discuss pricing and options.

  • What's your cancellation policy?

We understand life happens and plans change. If that happens simply just give us a call 24 hours in advance of your appointment and no cancellation fee will be applied. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or don’t show up the charge will be the fee of your session and is non-refundable.

  • How long does it take to see results?

There is no such thing as a “quick fix” and you should expect to have to put in some work. However, many of our patients start to feel relief and changes within the first few visits. That is why we offer an in-depth new patient evaluation so you can get an understanding of what is going on and how long it may take to fix your issue before you commit to being our patient.

The method of our treatment process consists of the first few visits getting you out of pain or discomfort. The next step is to fix the underlying issue. Finally, we work to create resilience and promote independence so that if this every does “flare up” again you will have the tools you need to help yourself. goes here.
